KingsChat accounts notifications can appear to come from, in order — the first one that has actually signed in gets used. Empty list falls back to sending on the project's behalf. Restricted to Super Admin and Platform Manager.
Adding someone here doesn't require them to have logged in yet — but they can't actually be used to send until they do. "Pending" means added but not yet signed in.
